Dental Office Experience is Required
Moon Road Cosmetic & Family Dentistry, a leader in dental practice operations and management is looking for a person to handle full time front desk responsibilities for our dental practices. This full time position will handle patient scheduling, filing, answering phones, putting charts together, entering patient data utilizing company software, patient surveys, OTC collections, balancing daily production, submit insurance claims, greeting patients and more.
Requirements
A minimum of three years of Dental Office Experience is Required.
• Must be extremely professional with great Customer Service Skills
• Able to effectively run the front office
• Knowledge of Office Responsibilities: Accounts Receivable/Payable, Insurance Billing, Treatment Planning, plus, collects co-pays and deductibles
• Diplomatic Problem Solving
• Excellent Scheduling-Rescheduling Ability
• Must be able to complement Doctor’s Management Style
• Professional, Friendly Atmosphere
• Hours: Mon-Fri 9.00 – approx 6.00 p.m.
