What to Expect

River Valley Marine of Minnetonka is looking for an experienced Customer Service Advisor to join one of the Top 10 Marine Dealers in North America. This position requires high-level customer and employee interaction, so the ideal candidate will not only possess the technical understanding, but also the ability to provide a strong level of customer service while fully embracing the technologies and processes to deliver the River Valley Experience 'after the sale'. What You’ll do

• Answer Phone Calls, Emails and Walk-In’s to address any customer concern with the highest level of attention and response
• Return missed phone calls, emails in a timely manner
• Accurately recording of issues and data into the Dealer Management System – LightspeedEVO
• Communicate estimated repair time and pricing in a professional interaction
• Coordinate the completion of the repair with the Shop and other Service team members
• Coordinate the drop-off/pick-up of customer units
• Follow up with customer on services provided; ensure they are satisfied with the work performed

What You’ll Bring

• Experience in a customer service role is required
• Understanding of basic marine product knowledge is a plus
• Ability to follow oral and written instructions with attention to detail
• Willingness to learn new and innovative technologies
• Effectively handle multiple priorities, organize workload, and meet deadlines
• Work in a team-based environment to achieve common goals
• High School diploma or equivalent, some college is a plus
• Dealership (powersport, RV, automotive, heavy equipment, etc) experience is preferred
• Experience with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Sharepoint) is a plus
• Lightspeed Evo experience is a plus

Schedule:No Weekends! Monday-Friday 8am-5pm (seasonally may require 45-50 hours). Flexible seasonal schedule.

Compensation:Up to $79,040 annually; ($28 - $38/hr) this pay structure includes a base salary plus a monthly commission incentive.
