Overview of Job Responsibilities:
Job Requirements:
Education - Master’s degree with a concentration in mental health counseling, clinical psychology, or social work
Years of Experience - One to three years’ experience as a mental health clinician or social worker preferred
Skills/Abilities - Bilingual (Spanish/English) ability desirable, though not required. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, interpersonal skills, crisis intervention skills, organizational skills, attention to detail, computer skills, good customer relations skills, and knowledge of legal and ethical issues pertaining to the profession.
Licensing - Preferred current Massachusetts license as an LMHC, LCSW, or LICSW, preferred though not required.
Hiring Bonus:
Up to $2,500 for Master Level, Unlicensed Clinicians
Up to $3,500 for LCSW
Up to $4,000 for Independently Licensed Clinicians (LMHC, LMFT, LICSW, Lic. Psychologist)
An additional bonus for Bilingual Clinicians - Up to $2,000
Up to $10,000 retention payments offered to licensed clinicians at signing and at one year of employment
