River Valley Child Development Services Overview

RVCDS provides high quality early childhood care and education services for children, families and communities throughout WV. RVCDS serves over 12,000 people a year with a myriad of regional and statewide programs. These programs include Enterprise Child Development Center, school age programs, Family Child Care Food Program, Child Care Resource and Referral programs covering 20 counties, Birth to Three System Regional Administrative Units in Huntington and Charleston and the statewide WV Early Childhood Training Connections and Resources.
