We have one full-time (.9, 72 hours per two weeks) House Manager opening, working straight nights. Shifts are 12 hours, working every third weekend and every third holiday.

The House Manager is responsible for promoting and maintaining quality patient care through effective management and supervision of patient care areas during his or her assigned tour of duty. He or she acts as the on-site administrator for REH after normal business hours and has the authority and responsibility for administrative decisions and appropriate notification of the Administrator on Call. The House Manager shares responsibility for the evaluation and management of departmental resources.
The House Manager coordinates and organizes personnel and other resources to meet the patient care functions of the organization in a cost-effective manner. Collaborates to provide crisis management, interpret policy and procedure, and assure timely and effective communication and collaboration between individuals and departments. The House Manager represents the organizational leadership across all venues on a 24 hour basis and collaborates to make decisions and act on behalf of the leadership team.
