River Ridge Living Center is a Skilled Nursing facility located in Amsterdam NY we are currently looking for a per diem Front Desk Receptionist. The hours would include working every other weekend 10am to 5pm and three evenings during the week (4pm to 8pm) and to cover holidays and vacation during the day for the full time receptionist.

Duties Include:

. Observe front-desk protocols for all visitors and guests

. Answers and re-directs phone calls in a professional and courteous manner

. Operate a paging/telephone system as required

. Copying and filing

. Be familiar with established emergency procedures

. Keeping the reception are neat and ready for visitors.

. Other tasks assigned by Office Manager

Requirements Include:

. Strong Computer Skills

. Should have a pleasant phone manner

. Detail Oriented and Very Organized

. Must be able to work with a Team

. Dependable and willing to work
