Responsible for processing, billing, posting, correcting insurance claims and entering payments. Responsible for handling client insurance questions. Submits Medicare, Medicaid and insurance invoicing in a timely manner. Applicant must have experience in Medicare, Medicaid, and insurance. Applicant will be responsible for setting up new insurance carriers and entering information into the client master file. Responsible for resolving credit balances on Medicare and insurance for clients on an as needed bases. Maintains updated Medicare insurance rates list for both county offices.This position will require a strong background in these specific areas.
Educational requirements are for a graduate for a standard four (4) year high school or equivalent GED and one or more years of experience. All applicants must have a valid driver's license.
