Job Summary:
We are seeking a skilled Lead Installer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have expertise in various construction-related tasks such as concrete finishing, masonry, cabinet installation, and trim carpentry. If you have experience in construction management, blueprint reading, and construction estimating, we want to hear from you.
Responsibilities:
- Oversee and lead installation projects from start to finish
- Utilize Bluebeam software for project planning and execution
- Perform concrete finishing, masonry work, cabinet installation, and trim carpentry tasks
- Manage and coordinate on-site installation team
- Read and interpret blueprints accurately
- Estimate project costs and materials needed
- Ensure quality workmanship and adherence to safety regulations
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in concrete finishing, masonry, carpentry, and cabinet installation
- Proficiency in Bluebeam software is a plus
- Knowledge of construction management principles
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints effectively
- Strong skills in construction estimating
- Experience with restoration projects is desirable
