River Mile 38 Brewing Co is a small business in Cathlamet, WA. We are collaborative, creative, fun and our goal is to help people have fun. We are a small craft brewery that is growing and adding fine dining on the Columbia River.

We need someone to help manage the day-to-day operations on the backend. There is a lot of growth potential based on the dedication and interests of the candidate, and we'll be there to support you as part of our small team family.

Responsibilities:

• Good with computers/spreadsheets a must.
• Manage books for 4 businesses
• Manage marketing efforts
• Source materials for restaurant
• Assist with taproom tasks
• Manage and come up with events
• Handle back-office tasks such as payroll, tax filings, Profit and Loss, etc.
• Manage SOPs for staff
• Develop and implement marketing plans to increase sales and profitability.
• Monitor customer feedback and adjust product offerings accordingly.

Quickbooks skills not required, but you will have to learn it! Accounting is fun!

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $16.28 - $22.00 per hour
