River Haven Nursing is looking for a Director of Nursing.
Plan, organize, develop and direct the overall operations of the facilities nursing department in accordance with current federal, state and local guidelines and regulations that govern our facility, as may be directed by the Administrator, to ensure the highest degree of quality care is maintained at all times.
Registered Nurse Licenses required with a minimum of 4 years related experience. Bachelors Degree preferred, or equivalent combination of education and experience. Must be organized and have the ability to communicate effectively with residents, their families, medical personnel, and facility staff in a confidential and professional manner.
