Assists in dealing with personal and social problems. May provide support to consumers and serve as a liaison for social services. Prepares lesson plans for group topics, maintains medical records and documents daily group notes. Performs case management duties, and group skills training and refers clients to needed services and resources.QualificationsMaster's degree from an accredited college or university in a social service-related field (social work, sociology, psychology, etc.).
