River Edge seeks a qualified individual to join our team as the Intensive Case Management (ICM) Team Lead. Reporting directly to the Director of Baldwin County Outpatient, the ICM Team Lead will assume responsibility, manage, plan, and direct the daily operations of the ICM team that provides wrap-around support services to individuals seeking recovery services for severe and persistent mental illnesses who need more support than regular outpatient services. Team lead will provide direct care in a recovery-focused environment. Direct care services will include behavioral health assessments, treatment plan reviews and treatment planning.FLSA Classification: Salary, ExemptBenefits Offered:Competitive PayMedical, Dental, Vision InsurancePaid Time Off12 Paid Holidays401k with an employer matchFlexible Spending AccountsShort and Long-term disability coverageLife InsuranceEmployee Discount Program Duties and Responsibilities:Provides oversight for the Intensive Case Management (ICM) team, a team consisting of 10 case managers: providing both direct supervision to team members including monitoring and tracking workflow and day-to-day work of ICM team members.Conducts/leads mandatory weekly team meetings to support individual’s needs.Plans goals and objectives in accordance with accreditation standards, governing boards, and individuals in daily operations of assigned areas.Participates in clinic treatment team meetings twice a week.Participates in developing, managing, and maintaining a collaborative and cooperative service environment in the community.Monitors ICM Team services to ensure compliance with fidelity, accreditation standards, governing boards, and individuals in daily operations of assigned areas.Provides oversight and completion of monthly reports (DBHDD, River Edge, Regional Office, CARF).Provides clinical oversight for all clinical program operations and staff in addition to providing clinical support to staff who are on-call, in the event a licensed clinician is needed.Responsible for keeping all charts in compliance with the Georgia Collaborative, DBHDD, CARF, HFR, and other accreditation standards.Establishes professional and ethical relationships with individuals, families, and co-workers.Recruit, hire, and train new team members to perform standards outlined within their performance evaluations.Assists team members in reaching their identified productivity target monthly.Completes assigned tasks in a timely manner and requests directions and supervision when appropriate.Other duties as assigned.Qualifications:Master's degree in social work, counseling, or any related field.Fully Licensed in either - LAPC, LMSW, LAMFT, LMFT, LPC, LCSW) or license eligible required.Two (2) or more years working with those with substance use and mental and behavioral health concerns.At least two (2) years supervisory experience preferred.Valid GA driver’s license with acceptable driving record.All applicants must pass a satisfactory background clearance and pre-employment drug test.Provide 2 Professional reference Statements (Former employers only, no family members)CompetenciesCase Management: Ability to effectively manage and coordinate the various aspects of a client's case, including assessment, planning, implementation, monitoring, and evaluation of services.Clinical Supervision: Proficiency in providing clinical supervision to mental health professionals, including guiding case conceptualization, treatment planning, and interventions, while adhering to ethical and legal standards.Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, to interact effectively both internally within our agency and externally with community partners and stakeholders. Crisis Intervention: Proficiency in responding promptly and effectively to individuals experiencing acute emotional or psychological distress, employing techniques to stabilize the situation and provide immediate support.Customer Service Orientation: Commitment to providing excellent customer service to individuals served, family members, community partners and stakeholders, understanding their needs, and delivering solutions that meet or exceed expectations.Empathy: Capacity to understand and resonate with the emotions and experiences of clients and their families, fostering trust, rapport, and a supportive environment for effective intervention and counseling.Initiative: Able to assess a situation and take action without direction from someone else. Leadership: Serve as a leader and mentor to team members that are joining the River Edge team and learning the electronic health record.
