They actively engage with individuals who are coming into River Edge services, monitor program outcomes, and implement quality improvement plans. The supervisor will be a liaison to other departments and agencies. The supervisor maintains a high-qua\ity program in accordance with River Edge polices, regulations and standards of DBHDD, CARF, and HFR. Location/Schedule: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5:00pm175 Emery Highway, Macon, GA 31217 Duties and Responsibilities:Oversees and evaluates clinical staff (clinicians, care coordinators, and nurses), developing expectations, trainings, and schedules.Conducts monthly staff meetings with clinical staff.Provides monthly supervision for care coordinators.Oversees c\inica\ staff are receiving supervision monthly.Provides program planning, implementation, and quality services to individuals in admissions.Evaluates program outcomes pertaining to PNGR standards.Coordinates with UM team for internal/external audits.Coordinates with Eligibility team for POE's.Coordinates with Scheduling team for first initial prescriber appointments.Provides coverage in admissions for intakes as needed.Maintains safe and clean work environment by following policies and procedures. Maintain up to date knowledge of agency policies, policy changes, ensures compliance with policies and procedures.Qualifications:Master’s degree in rehabilitation counseling or related field.Licensed, Associate Licensed or Licensed eligible.Seven to Ten years' experience in the mental health field.Three to Five years' supervising experience.All applicants must pass an intensive background check and pre-employment drug test.Two professional references (former employers only, no family members).Bilingual a plus.
