Assistant Director of Nursing - ADON RN - $10,000 Sign On Bonus!

Our community has an opportunity for an Assistant Director of Nursing. The ADNS provides leadership to the nursing team, assists in the recruitment and hiring of the nursing staff, monitors day-to-day departmental activities and directs the nursing staff in the absence of the Director of Nursing. Qualifications

• Must be a Registered Nurse (RN) in good standing, with a viable license in our state
• Supervisory experience is a plus; ability to lead is key!
• Basic computer knowledge and ability with an aptitude to learn applicable software
• Able to relate positively and favorably to customers, families, and to work cooperatively with employees at all levels
• Able to communicate effectively with nursing team, as well as direct the team approach as needed
• Demonstrated understanding of state and federal regulations that govern the practice of the facility

• We are a vaccinated care facility. New hires will need to provide proof of vaccination or other acceptable documents prior to starting employment
