Activities Aide

Being an Activities Aide is more than just playing games with our residents. It's about providing meaning to life. It's about helping them learn and grow. It's about bringing hope, joy and purpose to them. It's a vital part of what we do to make the lives of our residents rich and full. Being an Activities Aide requires someone who is outgoing and has passion, creativity, compassion, patience, and enthusiasm.

Are you an individual who has a passion for working with seniors? Can you be creative, outgoing, and motivational to our residents in activities and event? Are you a wholehearted individual whose interests lie with the residents and meeting the recreation program and service needs of each. If you are, then this role is for you!

Qualifications

• High School graduate or equivalent
• Previous experience in a social or recreational program coordination preferred
• State license and/or certificate preferred
• Able to relate professionally and positively to residents and families and to work cooperatively with others

• We are a vaccinated care facility. New hires will need to provide proof of vaccination or other acceptable documents prior to starting employment
