River Crest Country Club is seeking a full-time Assistant Equipment Manager for our Grounds and Golf Course Maintenance Department.
Located five miles from downtown Fort Worth, River Crest is Fort Worth’s oldest and most storied country club.
River Crest offers an excellent Compensation & Benefits Package as well as a great work environment. The pay range for this position is $16 - $20 per hour based on verifiable experience. These benefits begin the first of the month following 60 days of employment.

JOB SUMMARY
The Assistant Equipment Manager is responsible for daily maintenance, upkeep, mower adjustment, back lapping, and assisting the Equipment Manager in all aspects of the day-to-day duties and tasks.
QUALIFICATIONS & WORK REQUIREMENTS
- Must possess a mechanical skill set of engine repair, trouble shooting, and reel maintenance.
- Must be organized and detail oriented.
- Some ability to speak Spanish preferred.
- High school education or equivalent is required.
- Attention to detail and mental concentration are necessary for accurately performing tasks and tolerating frequent interruptions.
- Must present a neat and clean personal appearance.
- Must have timely, reliable attendance.
- Must have a professional, courteous & respectful attitude toward members, guests, vendors, co-workers and supervisors.
RESPONSIBILITIES / DUTIES / FUNCTIONS / TASKS
- Set heights of cut on mowers, sharpen, and repair all equipment.
- Clean equipment, perform oil changes and scheduled maintenance.
- Change reels, hoses, filters, and any other tasks designated by Equipment Manager.
PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT
- Must be able to bend, lift, and stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs. regularly.
- Must be able to work in extreme temperature conditions for a prolonged time.
All employment is contingent upon successful completion of a background check and drug screen.
