**Job Overview:**

We are seeking a Front Office Coordinator to join our team. The ideal candidate will perform the daily operations of our front office, ensuring efficient and professional customer service.

**Responsibilities:**

- Maintain the front desk area by answering phones, greeting patients, and handling inquiries

- Coordinate appointment scheduling

- Provide exceptional customer service to all patients

- Maintain organized office systems and procedures

- Assist with administrative tasks such as data entry and correspondence

- Collect patient payments via check. credit card and have the ability to count cash accurately

- Support customer support activities to address patients needs promptly

**Skills:**

- Previous experience in front desk or customer service roles

- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail

- Proficiency in administrative tasks

- Knowledge of medical receptionist or medical office procedures is a plus

- Excellent typing skills for data entry

- Professional, Reliable and Teachable!

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From $14.00 per hour

Expected hours: 34 – 38 per week
