Description

As a Utility Branch Services Specialist (BSS), you will provide coverage for Branch Services Specialists to assist offices throughout the Bank’s branch network with daily service activities. You will ensure that Bank customers are provided with professional service and accurate transaction processing. The Utility BSS performs all Branch Services Specialist functions including transaction processing and new account opening.

Requirements

• Previous customer service and cash handling experience.
• Excellent customer service skills, communication, interpersonal and problem solving skills.
• Ability to work varied days/hours as business dictates.

Certificates/Licenses Required: Valid California Driver’s License and proof of insurance.
