We are seeking a dependable and hardworking General Laborer to join our team. As a General Laborer, you will play a vital role in our operations, assisting with various tasks to ensure the smooth functioning of our facilities.

Responsibilities:

• Perform general labor duties as assigned, including but not limited to:
• Assisting drivers with loading and unloading trucks/trailers.
• Pulling metals for recycling purposes.
• Picking up miscellaneous trash and debris around the entire property daily.
• Running a magnet to collect nails and screws.
• Operating Wheel Loader, or other machinery or trucks after training and as needed
• Work efficiently and safely in all weather conditions, including extreme heat, cold, rain, and snow.
• Follow all safety protocols and procedures to prevent accidents or injuries.
• Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors to ensure tasks are completed on time and according to specifications.
• Wear gloves and appropriate shoes to ensure safety.
• Maintain a positive team environment

Requirements:

• Previous experience in a general labor or similar role preferred but not required.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy objects (metals) and perform physically demanding tasks for extended periods.
• Strong work ethic and willingness to learn new skills.
• Dependable and punctual, with the ability to arrive on time for scheduled shifts.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a team environment.
• Must be able to work Monday through Friday from 7:00 AM to 5:00 PM.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.
