The Club General Manager will help direct and administer all aspects of the operation and coordinates/administers the Club policies and procedures as defined by the Club Ownership. Qualifications and Knowledge Requirements:

• 1‐3 years experience in the golf and/or food & beverage industry
• Must have supervisory and staff development experience
• Working knowledge of club accounting or the ability to work directly with accounting to achieve budgeting and financial goals
• Must have a strong business aptitude
• Experience with advertising and marketing, and the drive to get it done

Responsibilities:

• Manages all aspects of the Club
• Assists with hiring, developing, training and motivating a staff of professional service‐orientated individuals
• Produce daily reports related to tee times, sales, payroll, etc.
• Assist Golf Professional in coordinating of golf tournaments,
• Provides customer service to arriving guests
• Assists Bookkeeper in reconciliation of cash and accounts receivable charges to daily register at the closing of the day
• Assists in overseeing the care and maintenance of the property’s physical assets and facilities
• Manages entire operation with special focus on Golf Operations
• Follow, Institute and Implement all applicable Human Resources guidelines as needed.
• Facilitates coordination between all departments
• Develop, Implement and Drives creative strategies to increase revenues
• Own all systems and checklists to ensure compliance of organizational, cleanliness and sanitation standards.
• Perform other duties as assigned

Working Conditions:

• The employee often is required to walk, stand, talk, hear, handle, feel or demonstrate products
• Skilled in Tee Sheet / POS software (Club Prophet)
• Work extended hours during golf and holiday season
• Work evenings, weekends, and holidays when needed
