Position Overview:

We are seeking passionate and motivated individuals to join our team as Ladder Ambassadors for Rival Tennis Ladder. As a Ladder Ambassador, you will serve as a representative of our platform, promoting our mission, and fostering engagement within the tennis community. This role offers an exciting opportunity to connect with fellow tennis enthusiasts, build relationships, and contribute to the growth of our platform.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promotion via Flyers: Promote Rival Tennis Ladder at local courts, private clubs, and other organizations by posting flyers. You may be required to place new flyers in a set area of designated locations, or replace old flyers to keep them looking pristine.
• Promotion via Business Cards: Talk directly with potential participants and players at tennis locations and provide them with business cards. Focus on particular players who are more likely to join and keep conversations succinct to maximize potential player additions.
• Outreach to Organizations: Visit local sports locations, especially tennis stringers, and provide them with flyers or business cards about the tennis ladder. Point them to contact the owners for further relationship building.
• Deep Ladder Knowledge: Understand how the Rival Tennis Ladder system works in order to explain it to potential players and answer any questions while promoting the platform. Learn specifically how proposals, matches, the Final Tournament, and other features work interchangeably as the key components of the ladder.
• Feedback and Improvement: Gather feedback from players regarding their experiences with the platform and convey this information to the Rival Tennis Ladder team to help us continually improve our services and features.

Qualifications:

• Passion for tennis and a strong understanding of the game
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Proactive and self-motivated with the ability to work independently
• Enthusiasm for building and nurturing communities
• Familiarity with online platforms and social media channels
• Availability to dedicate approximately 5-10 hours per week to ambassador activities

Compensation:

• Base compensation begins at $15 per hour
