We are looking for the best of the best to join our successful team of professionals in the heart of Downtown Birmingham. We are seeking ambitious, outgoing, and passionate talent to help shape the future of Rivage Day Spa and maintain the high standards of our clientele. ⁠⁣

Estheticians with over 35 years of experience choose to call Rivage home because of our amazing team-like environment and the support provided to grow and succeed in the field they love most. At Rivage, the health and longevity of your hands, body and mind are top priority to us. 
Experience in a spa environment is always a plus, but not a requirement. We have a nurturing education team that is there for your support and growth and to help you expand your knowledge and skillset. However, we are currently seeking an esthetician with a minimum of 3 years’ experience in the field. Working with our educational team of experienced estheticians brings a wealth of knowledge and we can always learn from each other. We make sure you are set up for success! With thorough training prior to starting on the spa floor with us, you know how to find all of the tools you need before you meet your first Rivage guest. 

Each individual estie room is temperature-controlled and stocked with everything you could need for the day. We never want our team scrambling for products or items they need. Monthly personal check-ins with Management are put in place to support you on your way to being the best you can be. On a day-to-day basis, there is always at least one member of the Management team here to answer questions, or help you handle any situation that may come up.

 
At Rivage we really are a team. There is no need to be competitive with each other, simply because we are busy every day! Our appointments book out 1-3 months in advance for a reason. Clients love the experience of our team and can feel the good energy coming off of staff who feel appreciated and valued for their work. ⁠⁣Compensation starts with a hourly wage during training and expands to hourly with commission on all services and products once you are trained and on the spa floor. There are always ways to increase your income by adding on services and meeting quarterly goals. Being in the service industry, some weekend and evening availability is a must. At this time, we are in search of an individual with at least three years’ experience and waxing skills are a plus.
