Responsibilities

• Responsible for opening and closing of the store when the Retail Store Manager and Assistant Manager is not present and operating the store in the same manner as they would.
• Coach and develop employees.
• Work towards achieving assigned individual sales goals and targets.
• Engage customers and welcome them to the T-Mobile family. Make it Personal
• Develop customer relationships and maintain contact with customers between store visits.
• Encourage customer confidence by making the store experience interactive, engaging and reassuring.
• Manage returns and exchanges of merchandise
• Maximize customer experience per customer visit by "solving the whole problem
• Maintain the visual appeal of your store and make the most effective use of store displays and interactive devices for each of your customers.

Experience

• Proven work experience as a Key Holder, or similar role
• Thrive in a fast-paced and competitive environment
• Basic math skills
• Track record of achieving sales quotas
• Excellent communication skills, capable of building trusting relationships
• Flexibility to work various shifts
• Ability to stand for long periods of time
• High school degree

Weekly day range:

• Every weekend
• Monday to Friday
• No weekends
• Rotating weekends
• Weekends as needed
• Weekends only
