Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our operations. As the Operations Manager, you will be responsible for leading and managing our team, ensuring efficient operations, and driving continuous improvement initiatives. This is a key leadership role that requires strong management skills and a strategic mindset.

We remove wildlife such as squirrels, racoons and opossums, all the way up to ducks, deer and snakes! We are a multi-state business, with two branches in GA, one in TN and one in Destin, FL.

Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, efficiency, and quality
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including production planning, inventory management, and resource allocation
- Implement lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring to team members
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement

Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management, construction and/or insulation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- In-depth knowledge of quality management.
- Demonstrated experience in program management and project scheduling
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in team management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation

Pay: $20.88 - $25.15 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
