Job Overview:
We are seeking an experienced Operations Manager to oversee our
-We are a family owned business, that values our employees and work/life balance. We're experts in humane wildlife removal and insulation. We remove wildlife such as squirrels, racoons and opossums, all the way up to ducks, deer and snakes! We are a multi-state business, with two branches in GA, one in TN and one in Destin, FL.
Responsibilities:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the operations team, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives
- Develop and implement operational strategies to optimize productivity, efficiency, and quality
- Oversee day-to-day operations, including production planning, inventory management, and resource allocation
- Implement lean principles and continuous improvement initiatives to drive operational excellence
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and company policies
- Conduct regular performance evaluations and provide coaching and mentoring to team members
- Foster a positive work environment that promotes teamwork, collaboration, and employee engagement
Requirements:
- Proven experience in operations management, construction and/or insulation.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate and inspire a team
- In-depth knowledge of quality management.
- Demonstrated experience in program management and project scheduling
- Excellent problem-solving skills with the ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
- Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to present information effectively.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
- Experience in team management, including hiring, training, and performance evaluation
