What you need to be qualified for this job:

Bring your positive, self-motivated, energetic team member attitude every day. You will excitedly accept the challenge to step in and assume a variety of responsibilities to ensure smooth business operations.

Be able to work a flexible schedule that can include daytime hours but mostly around evening and weekend hours (past 10 pm)

Have a positive team-player attitude, be reliable, on time, and ready to tackle every shift with enthusiasm and the ability to serve long lines of people

Have a passion for smiles, being outgoing, and providing outstanding customer service to every single guest

Be able to stand and work in a fast-paced environment

We have positions for seasonal, part-time, or full-time employment with varied scheduling to include mornings, nights, weekends, and holidays. We are closed for Easter, a multi-day break at Thanksgiving, and a six-week break beginning in mid-December of each year.

A Day in the Life of a Treat Team Member:

Each shift you eagerly arrive to work adorned in your required uniform accessorized with your welcoming personality. You'll have the opportunity to dive in and masterfully prepare treats specific to every customer's demanding sweet tooth. You'll enthusiastically ensure that the ingredients and tools needed for the art of treat making are clean and maintained to uphold Rita's standard for freshness and cleanliness.
