Job DescriptionClient and Cross of Nebraska is looking for an exceptional software developer for our Omaha headquarters. In this position, you will work with a team of business and IT professionals responsible for designing, building, scaling and particularly maintaining our enrollment applications. If you are the person for us, you pay attention to detail, are flexible and take great pride in your work. You are also a well-rounded developer who knows how to create and troubleshoot production applications and is capable of analyzing data in multiple environments. The work is challenging, creative, fast paced and intellectually stimulating.
What You'll Do

• Monitor, troubleshoot and correct system issues in a timely manner
• Utilize industry specific utilities to ensure applications are performing at optimal levels
• Develop new applications and Data Services using C# and WCF
• Create change control / installation packages and project documentation
• Employees are expected to meet or exceed the attendance and timeliness requirements of their departments.
• Employees are expected to work well in a team environment, and be capable of building and maintaining positive relationships with other staff, departments, and customers.

To Be Considered For This Position, You Must Have

• Bachelors' degree and 3 years of experience in C#/.Net (WCF) development experience using Visual Studio required (.Net) and SQL development experience -OR-
• Masters' degree and 5 year of experience in C#/.Net (WCF) development experience using Visual Studio required (.Net) and SQL development experience.

The Strongest Candidates For This Position Will Also Possess

• Previous experience working in an Agile environment (Scrum and/or Kan-Ban) strongly recommended
• Previous healthcare/health insurance experience a plus
