Responsibilities of the Strategic Customer Experience Leader include: Overseeing about 50 team members and all aspects of daily store operations to deliver a fantastic experience for our customers, our local producers, and our employees. Ensuring effective team leadership, a visually appealing space, and strong financial outcomes. Participating as a member of the senior management team in ensuring the short- and long-term financial health of the Co-op.
