Part-Time Housekeeper Move Out Specialists

Work Location : Alexanderia, LA

Job Summary : Performs basic housekeeping services. Work involves coordinating the cleaning, sanitation, and move in / move out cleaning of apartments.

Works under limited supervision, with considerable latitude for the use of initiative and independent judgement. Background clearance required.

Essential Duties and Responsible :

• Clean bathrooms, including tubs, showers, commodes, floors and mirrors
• Laundry duties such as washing bedding and bathroom towels, cleaning sleeping quarters as well as cleaning the gym and gym showers
• Clean kitchenette, including microwaves, small ovens, counters, cabinets, and mini refrigerators
• Vacuum, dusts, mops, and washes floors and windows and removes trash; sweeps and washes balconies and patios
• Replaces linens and maintain accurate count of linens and towels used on a daily basis
• Checks in and out all assigned keys
• Perform move-out and inspections and report all defects to appropriate parties
• Cleans, dust, and inspects areas such as restrooms, offices, and other facilities as needed
• Maintains inventory records of building property, custodial equipment, materials, supplies, and equipment
• Performs related tasks as assigned

Education / Experience :

Graduation from a standard High School or equivalent is generally preferred. At least one year of experience in Housekeeping in the past five years.

Communication Skills :

Bilingual (English) and Spanish a plus but not necessary.

Pay : Part Time Housekeeper Position

$12.00 per hour $15.00

Based on need of contract and project
