Job Details:

• Identify and develop new business opportunities through effective marketing strategies to bring in more clientele.
• Attract the audience at hand that we service or are looking to service.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with the company's administration team, as well as other staff members for marketing strategies.
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and competitor activities to identify new market opportunities.
• Knows ABA terminology or has an understanding of ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder).
• Bilingual: Advantage but not required.

Requirements:

• Marketing background for the healthcare industry: clinical, doctor offices, dental offices, ABA clinics, etc.
• Proven experience in business development and marketing.
• Strong technical marketing skills, with the ability to understand and effectively communicate complex technical concepts for marketing purposes.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong sense of initiative and self-motivation to do your role to the best of your ability.
• A results-oriented mindset, with a drive for achieving targets and exceeding expectations.
• Responsible for setting up marketing events.
• Responsible for being up to date on Autism related events within the area.
• Coordinate with the locations CEO and office managers on any upcoming events to consider or sign up for.

• $16-$20 per Hour
