Position Title: MBA Summer Intern, Business Development & Operations
Location: Los Angeles, CA
Program Duration: June 17 – Sept 6, 2024 (12 weeks)
Weekly Schedule: Monday – Thursday (28 hours/week)
Hourly Rate: $35-$38/hour

We are seeking a highly talented and resourceful MBA student to join our team for the summer. This individual will get to utilize business development skillsets in a dynamic environment, including identifying market opportunities and operational inefficiencies, and working collaboratively on strategic initiatives.
Role Responsibilities:
  • Lead research and analysis on emerging industry trends, particularly focusing on the integration of artificial intelligence in production and post-production processes.
  • Drive strategy and operations projects, from hypothesis development to executive-level presentation of findings and recommendations.
  • Contribute to market analysis and financial modeling for new business opportunities.
  • Evaluate operational workflows and propose optimizations to enhance efficiency.
  • Support the Chief of Staff and Business Development team on various ad hoc projects, including market research and vendor/partner relationships.
Requirements & Skills:
  • Proven ability to tackle complex issues and drive projects to successful completion.
  • Experience in delivering executive-level presentations.
  • Strong time management and project management skills.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively.
  • Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe.
  • Familiarity with research methods and the ability to derive actionable insights.
  • Passion for the media and entertainment industry.
