Overview
Rising Ground will support to the Office of Refugee Resettlement (ORR) by providing residential, medical, educational, and mental health services to Unaccompanied Children in need of a higher level of care, such as Staff Secure, in an out of network agreement.
Case Management responsibilities will be held by an agency providing services to Unaccompanied Children under ORR.
