In our Intellectual and Developmental Disabilities Services department, we provide habilitation and recreational services, job training for meaningful work, and supported housing for those who need assistance to live in the community.

Position Details :
Rising Ground has an immediate opening(s) for a Per Diem Direct Support Professional to work directly with one of the people we support in our Community Habilitation Programs in the Bronx / Yonkers.
Join our team in teaching daily and independent living and work readiness skills, providing individual counseling, supporting Personal Outcome Measures, promoting community integration, and fostering a person-centered culture.
The ideal candidate will be dedicated to enriching the lives of people with intellectual / developmental / mental health disabilities including comfort in supporting ADLs (including assisting with showering, toileting, grooming, as necessary.
Salary : $17.00 / hr. ($17.23 / hr. Associate's Degree; $17.73 / hr. Bachelor's Degree)
