This position entails providing job development and retention services to people served by Rise in Western Wisconsin. Assist people in developing job goals, job-seeking skills, and identifying potential employers.
Network and market Rise and the people we support to business partners.
Hiring Bonus $1,000 ($500 after 6 month work anniversary and $500 after 12 month work anniversary)
Responsibilities
The purpose of this position is to assist people with various disabilities (mental health / brain injuries / developmental / physical) to find and keep jobs in Western Wisconsin (Pierce and St. Croix Counties).

This position offers a hybrid work schedule with the ability to work remotely, but you can also choose to work from our New Richmond office if preferred.
The rest of the time will be spent in the community job coaching, performing intakes, job developing, employer outreach etc.
