In this role you will be tasked with guiding Engineering and capital improvement projects. You will meet budgeting objectives and adjust project constraints based on financial analysis. You will also solicit bids and prepare clients for compliance reviews by ensuring that facilities follow stack test protocols. And you will delegate project tasks based on junior Engineers strengths and skill sets.

The Role

• Guiding Engineering and capital improvement projects.

The Person

• Bachelors Degree in Environmental, Civil Or Chemical Engineering.
• Knowledge of New York City Building codes.
• Knowledge of design.
• Management experience.
