In this role you will play a vital role in the day to day operations of the water treatment facility. You will be tasked with increasing production while maintaining current quality standards, you will allocate resources effectively and utilize the available assets to produce optimal results. You will also play a key role in the hiring and firing processes. And you will develop processes that track and optimize productivity and standards.
