Are you a Field / Shop Technician with mechanical skills, looking to cover a local patch at a stable company, offering on the job training and lots of overtime to increase your earnings?

My client has been around for over 70 years, value their employees and have a long-standing workforce. They are now looking for a Field / Shop Technician to cover a local patch and work on machine tools.

In this role you will be working in the shop 40% of the time, and in a local patch in the field 60% of the time, with no overnight stays. You will primarily be replacing parts on machine tools, in a team of three technicians. This role is Monday - Friday, 9am - 5pm.

This role would suit a Field / Shop Technician with mechanical skills, looking for a great work life balance, on the job training and lots of overtime.

The Role:

• Work in shop 40% of the time, and in a local patch in the field 60% of the time, with no overnight stays
• Primarily replacing parts on machine tools, in a team of three technicians

• Field / Shop Technician with mechanical skills
• Would also consider machinists, CNC operators, millwrights and maintenance technicians, if willing to travel in a local patch
• Looking for a great work life balance and lots of overtime
