Welcome to RISE Physical Therapy!!

We are an emerging physical therapy practice in the Boise area with a small team looking to expand our front office team.

We have a space currently renovated and see a wide variety of physical therapy cases throughout the day with our 4 therapists. We maintain a relaxed and fun environment with our patients and this translates to our employees.

Daily tasks will include:

• Answering phone calls / Scheduling appointments
• Receiving payments and documenting
• Calling/notifying insurance companies of patient information
• Custodial Duties for Patient Rooms between visits
• Guiding Supervising patients through simple tasks
• Greeting patients as they enter and calling patients as needed
• Multi-tasking Collaborating with our other front office team member

Experience Preferred/required

• 1 Year of front office /receptionist experience
• Preferred physical therapy or medical insurance experience

Pay: $15.00 - $18.00 per hour
