We are seeking a Modern Wellness Coach to lead the charge in positively impacting our clients' lives. As a Modern Wellness Coach, you will deliver timely and thoughtful communication, educate clients on our range of cutting-edge wellness services, oversee all operational aspects of RISE Modern Wellness state of the art services (Cryotherapy, PEMF, Red-Light, Body Sculpting, Infrared Sauna, Dry Salt, more), and drive sales initiatives aimed at guiding clients towards their optimal wellness plans. Responsibilities include conducting follow-up sales calls, generating word-of-mouth referrals, managing administrative tasks such as monitoring membership usage, resolving customer conflicts, and facilitating in-store sales transactions.

The role of Modern Wellness Coach is part-time, requiring 15-30 hours per week, typically distributed over 3 - 5 working days. Shifts are scheduled between 9 am - 7 pm or 10 am - 4 pm, with flexibility for 5-hour shifts or full-day options based on individual preferences. Availability for 3-5 shifts per week, Monday through Saturday, is required.

Minimum Qualifications:

• Demonstrated ability to handle difficult conversations, set goals, prioritize work, and drive business performance.
• Exemplary leadership qualities, with a focus on inspiring others to reach their full potential.
• Proven track record of problem-solving and fostering a culture of connectivity and mission alignment.
• Experience in customer-facing roles, with a successful track record in sales and high-level administrative tasks.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Proficiency in CRM software with at least 2 years of experience.
• 2 years of experience in inbound lead generation.
• 2 years of experience in coaching or mentoring individuals one-on-one.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a wellness or med spa environment.
