We are looking for an experienced Barista to work with us on a part time basis. The days we are looking to cover are Sunday & Monday, 7AM - 3PM. Preferred year round commitment but open to seasonal help as well.

Responsibilities:

- Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, such as coffee, tea, and specialty drinks

- Ensure quality control of all beverages served

- Operate espresso machines, drip coffee and other equipment to prepare beverages

- Handle cash and card transactions accurately

- Maintain a clean and organized work area

- Provide excellent customer service by greeting, assisting, and engaging with customers

- Upsell products and promote specials to customers

-Variety of shared cleaning and prep tasks

-Basic knowledge of all bakery and food items

**Skills:**

-At least 6 months barista experience

- Customer service

- Sales

- Knowledge of coffee preparation techniques

- Cash handling

- Experience in the food industry or food service

- Proficiency with cash registers

- Basic understanding of retail math

- Familiarity with food safety regulations

- Strong time management skills
