Rise Bakery is a locally owned bakery/cafe in the DC area looking for an early morning delivery driver to take our daily delivery from our commercial kitchen in Sterling, VA to our DC bakery/cafe. We also deliver daily wholesale orders to our customers in the DC metro area.

Shifts start at 4:30am or 5am and typically last 3-5 hours. We are looking for 5 days/week but can be flexible about scheduling with the right candidate.

We have a company delivery vehicle which is used to do the deliveries, a company credit card for gas and an EZ Pass to cover tolls.

Job Requirements
- MUST have a valid driver's license and clean driving record
- MUST be flexible with scheduling. Certain days are longer than others, so you'll need to be cover shifts that are up to 6 hours long as needed.
- Communicate well with the bakery about the route/products/incidents
- Have excellent attendance with no last minute call offs
- Provide excellent, friendly service to our customers
- Availability to work most holidays that fall on scheduled days (we are only closed on Christmas and Thanksgiving and the day after each of those holidays as well).
- Ability to lift 50 pounds.
