Job Responsibilities:
As our Property Manager, you will be the heart and soul of our community, responsible for ensuring its smooth operation and the satisfaction of our residents.
Your duties will include:

Overseeing daily operations, including leasing, maintenance, and resident relations. Implementing marketing strategies to attract new residents and maintain high occupancy levels.
Conducting property tours and effectively communicating the unique features and benefits of our community.
Managing resident inquiries, requests, and concerns with professionalism and empathy.
Collaborating with vendors and contractors to maintain the physical integrity of the property.
Organizing and promoting community events and activities to foster a sense of belonging among residents.

Qualifications:
We are seeking a candidate who embodies our commitment to excellence and customer service. The ideal candidate will possess:

Previous experience in property management (ideally 55 Active Living)
New Construction Lease Up experience (preferred)
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Knowledge of Fair Housing regulations and local property laws.
