RIPL TECHNOLOGIES PRIVATE LIMITED is Hiring a Phlebotomist Near Norwood, MA

As a Phlebotomist, you’ll be the friendly face patients encounter when they visit us, whether for regular check-ups or important health decisions. Your role involves skillfully drawing blood samples, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining patient trust. You'll work in various settings, such as doctor's offices or patient service centers, with a focus on safety, professionalism, and confidentiality.

Responsibilities:

  • Perform daily tasks accurately and efficiently under supervision.
  • Safely collect and process blood specimens using established procedures.
  • Verify patient information and labels post-venipuncture.
  • Maintain records and uphold organizational standards.
  • Promote a positive image to patients and colleagues.

Requirements:

  • Ability to work quickly and accurately in a dynamic environment.
  • Strong phlebotomy skills, including working with diverse age groups.
  • Flexibility to work weekends, holidays, and overtime.
  • Adherence to company policies and procedures.
  • Sound judgment and decision-making skills.
  • Reliable transportation and a clean driving record may be necessary.
  • Willingness to travel and adapt to changing schedules.
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills.
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Medical training preferred, including phlebotomy certification.
  • Three years of phlebotomy experience, with a focus on various collections.
  • Previous experience in a patient service center preferred.
  • Customer service or retail experience is a plus.
  • Basic keyboard and data entry skills

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $19.00 - $21.00 per hour

Experience:

  • Pediatrics: 1 year (Required)
