Ripken Baseball is Hiring a Dishwasher Near Oneonta, NY
As a member of The Cooperstown All Star Village team you will be working under the direction of the Executive Chef. Your duties will consist of assisting the service and culinary departments and providing world-class customer service to our teams and families that visit our complex.
Responsibilities:
- Operate and maintain dishwashing equipment .
- Clean appliances and machines .
- Empty and cleaning trash receptacles .
- Sweep and scrub kitchen floors to maintain a clean and tidy working environment .
- Receive and put away deliveries of clean dishes and supplies .
- F ollow instructions from supervisors and work collaboratively with the kitchen team .
- Great organizational skills .
- Knowledge of food safety .
- Other k itchen tasks as required .
- Able to stand on your feet for at least 8 hours .
- Ability to place cases, pans, utensils, and plates on both low and high shelves .
- Ability to work in hot and damp environments .
- Ability to juggle multiple tasks at once .
- Ability to remain calm under stressful situations .
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment .
- Able to move at least 40 pounds .
- Ability to listen to and follow directions .
