As our Ticket OperationsIntern, you'll spend the 2024-2025 NBA Season supporting our Ticket Operations team by learning customer databases and ticketing software, providing a seamless experience for our guests, and supporting innovative initiatives in ticket services.

About the Internship:

  • Internship Duration: August 2024 to April 2025, with the potential for an extension.
  • Part-time commitment: Expect to work an average of 28 hours per week.
  • Location: Portland, Oregon; this is an on-site role, not remote.
  • Industry: Dive into the dynamic world of Sports & Entertainment, gaining exclusive behind-the-scenes insights into what it truly means to be part of the team behind the team.

As our Ticket Operations Intern, you will:

  • Work in Archtics to build customer accounts for Blazer games and Rose Quarter events
  • Work in Ticketmaster and Archtics to process, pay and CRM orders.
  • Aid with suite processing and fulfillment.
  • Complete data entry and reporting as needed.
  • Test purchase flow processes and identify areas for improvement.
  • Provide additional support to the Ticket Sales & Service team and organization as needed.

  • Are in the process of or have recently obtained a degree in Hospitality, Communications, Business, or a related degree with transferrable skills.
  • Have prior event and/or customer service experience, preferred.
  • Demonstrate the ability to work optimally as a team with people of a diverse set of backgrounds and abilities.
  • Can prioritize, manage multiple projects and deadlines, and stay organized with an attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
  • Maintain a high-level of confidentiality and exercise discretion when working with sensitive or proprietary information.
  • Are available to work a flexible schedule, which could include office hours, Trail Blazers home games, and evening/weekend responsibilities.
