As our Computer SupportIntern, you'll spend the 2024-2025 NBA Season supporting our Information Technology team by assisting with computer imaging and deployment, helping with event and game broadcasting, and solving problems in different areas of the business.

About the Internship:

• Internship Duration: August 2024 to April 2025, with the potential for an extension.
• Part-time commitment: Expect to work an average of 28 hours per week.
• Location: Portland, Oregon; this is an on-site role, not remote.
• Industry: Dive into the dynamic world of Sports & Entertainment, gaining exclusive behind-the-scenes insights into what it truly means to be part of the team behind the team.

As our Computer Support Intern, you will:

• Provide customer service to the business by solving problems for our user’s computers, IP telephones, and printers.
• Use our help desk ticketing system to track both user requests and fulfillment.
• Assist with computer deployment.
• Help with the maintenance of facility infrastructure, including but not limited to wiring, patching, and fiber optics.
• Support event and game broadcasting or other IT needs as required.
• Provide general support to the Information Technology department and organization as needed.
