We are looking for a Payroll Officer to be part of a diverse and collaborative team. This is a great opportunity for an enthusiastic payroll practitioner looking for a new challenge.

You will be responsible for the day-to-day payroll, supporting simple/complex payroll calculations and liaise, review, and manage payroll to assure efficient and effective delivery of payroll on time and accurately. This is a great opportunity for an energetic and motivated professional to join the US Payroll team.

Reporting into the Manager Delivery Partner, you will be:

• Managing and processing full Garnishment process
• Printing and sealing pay statements
• Managing payroll mail
• Verification of employment for garnishments and state requests
• Submitting monthly payroll payments
• Maintain payroll data
• Provide payroll information by answering queries

What you’ll bring

• Bachelor’s degree preferred
• 1 to 3 years payroll experience
• Ability to influence and problem solve.
• Proven experience in creating and development process documentation.
• Resilience, ability to thrive in a continuous improvement culture and have a strong commitment to team-based processes and outcomes.
• Capability and versatility in delivering objectives across a diverse workforce.
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, consultation skills along with self-managing time to deliver priorities with high attention to detail.
