Sandia Vista Elementary School

192 Contract 

Minimum Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

• Effective verbal communications techniques;
• Maintain effective relationships with school administration, staff, students, and parent/guardians;
• Use standard communications equipment (radios, phone, computer); and
• Direct traffic flow and control access in and out of school Care Rooms.

Essential Job Responsibilities

• Monitors student activities in school Care Room;
• Maintains logs related to students utilizing the school Care Room;
• Communicates with Administration, staff, students and parents/guardians regarding the school Care Room;
• Ensure adherence to good safety procedures; and
• Employee may be assigned other duties based on the needs of the district during the term of employment.

Work Hours: Work hours are established in employment contract. Additional work hours may be assigned by the supervisor.

Accountability Reports to: Executive Director of Student Services

Evaluated by: Executive Director of Student Services
