Emergency Department Registered Nurse (seasonal in Del Norte) 12:00pm- 12:00am. This emergency department RN position is a swing shift position that will support our emergency department during our busy summer season. It is preferred that candidates have a minimum of 2 years of experience working in a busy emergency department. Must have verbal skills to present information clearly and accurately; capable of working in a busy emergency department with multiple competing priorities and handle stressful situations; capable of effectively and compassionately dealing with people and working closely with patients; workable knowledge of safety procedures; must be able to read, write, speak and understand the English language; must have patience and enthusiasm as well as the willingness and ability to handle difficult situations with good judgment; must be able to work as a team member; must be willing to learn.

Current Registered Nurse License Unencumbered, ACLS, PALS, BLS, and TNCC required, ENPC preferred. High School Diploma, Minimum of an Associate Degree in Nursing

Current knowledge of emergency department equipment such as, but not limited to, IV pumps, Ventilators, BIPAP, Defibrillators, Chest Tubes, Bair Hugger, and Heated High Flow Oxygen.

Experience: 2 years Emergency Department Experience Preferred, Critical Access Hospital Experience Preferred.
