Location: Multiple States (travel required three weeks a month)

Position Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Marketing Representative to join our team, focusing on promoting and supporting the sales of pool cleaning chemicals. The role involves visiting pool stores and Lowe's locations across multiple states, distributing marketing materials, capturing images of current inventory, and providing training sessions for store associates. The ideal candidate will have a passion for sales and marketing, excellent communication skills, and the ability to build strong relationships with retail partners.

Responsibilities:

• Conduct visits to pool stores and Lowe's locations across designated states.
• Distribute marketing materials such as brochures, flyers, and product samples to store managers and associates.
• Capture high-quality images of current inventory displays, promotional setups, and product placements in-store.
• Provide training sessions to store associates on product features, benefits, and selling techniques.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with store managers and associates to ensure brand visibility and product placement.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and implement promotional strategies and campaigns.
• Monitor and report on competitor activities and market trends to identify opportunities for growth.
• Track and analyze sales data, including product performance and customer feedback, to optimize marketing efforts.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
• Minimal experience in sales, marketing, or retail merchandising, preferably in the consumer goods industry.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and motivate diverse audiences.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities effectively.
• Willingness to travel extensively across multiple states, with a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other relevant software applications.
• Knowledge of the pool industry and familiarity with pool cleaning chemicals is a plus.
