As the Transportation Operations Director you will have responsibility for overseeing domestic transportation operations while growing Rinchem's revenue streams and profitability in the line of business. QualificationsWe are seeking:
Someone who exhibits a servant leadership mindset with strong leadership communications capabilities. Someone who is adept at leading change through strategic thinking based on data and process based decision making with a strong transportation leadership background.
Education and Experience:
Knowledge of DOT, EPA, OSHA and other applicable federal and state regulations
Business development acumen and commercial skills are needed as this role does have customer facing responsibilities
